At this meeting, we will discuss how to create order from chaos by improving your grants management systems.
Organizing a team’s work around grant processes can seem all but impossible. How do we achieve consistency, establish common terminology, or fully adopt shared expectations? Two Greater Cincinnati GPA leaders have found that developing customized, web-based systems can help bring order to the grants chaos that we all know too well. Please join Terry Davis (Cincinnati Public Schools) and Nicole Moran (Lighthouse Youth & Family Services) as they discuss how they improved their processes by designing and implementing grants and contract management systems.
