Processes & Order in an Unordered World
Please join us on Wednesday, August 18 at 9 AM for Processes & Order for an Unordered World presented by Ami Brown, M.Ed., CFRE.
This workshop will review tracking systems, process flowcharts and standards of work to manage grant funded projects in a large (or small) organization. The learning objectives include: 1) Session attendees will learn about grant tracking systems in a fundraising record system (Raiser’s Edge) and on Excel spreadsheets. This includes grant prospects, grant application tracking and grant award tracking. 2) Session attendees will learn about grant process flowcharts and standards of work for prospecting, award management, contracting, and stewardship.
This workshop will focus on two GPC competencies: #2 Organizational development as it pertains to grant seeking; and #5 Post-award grant management practices sufficient to inform effective grant design and development.
