January 18 Chapter Meeting: “Breakdown Dead Ahead”

On January 18, 2023 we welcome chapter member Bruce Ripley as our speaker. Bruce will give his presentation “Breakdown Dead Ahead: How to Deal with Burnout and Keep it From Taking Over Your Life”, which was also presented at the 2022 GPA National Conference in Louisville, KY.
During this virtual presentation, you will learn to:
- Identify signs and symptoms of burnout
- Recognize mismatches between employer and employee in areas such as workload, control, and
community - Identify organizational factors contributing to employee burnout and ways to address them
- Identify personality traits or predispositions putting you at risk for burnout
- Take proper care of yourself to prevent burnout or to alleviate it when it occurs.
