Ashley Cain has been successfully writing grants for nonprofit organizations for more than a decade, raising millions in funding for programs, projects, and operating costs. She is the proud owner of Cain Nonprofit Solutions, a consultancy offering grant writing, research, web development, and eTraining services to arts and culture nonprofits and co-own Painted Post Publications along with her business partner, Bruce Ripley. Ashley lives in Fairfield Township, Ohio with her husband and daughter.
Bruce Ripley has written grant proposals and fundraising letters that have raised over $18 million for nonprofit organizations. He is also a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor who has authored or co-authored 12 home study courses for counselors and social workers. He lives in Loveland, Ohio with his wife, son, and daughter.
Together, Bruce and Ashley have co-authored two books on grant writing and nonprofit work (“Get the Grant: Your No B.S. Introduction to Foundation Grants” and “Granted: How to Break Into Freelance Grant Writing and Create a Business and Life You Love”) and have several more in the works.
